Another reason why eBay Motors will ultimately land me in debt-management counseling: this absolutely beautiful 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air. It’s sharp color-coordinated interior, tropical turquoise exterior, and lustrous chrome accents make for absolutely delicious eye candy - but it’s what’s under the hood that takes your breath away (more pictures below).
The engine is a painstakingly modified 350 cubic inch, 330 horsepower powerhouse with a compression ratio of 9.1:1. All modifications that have been to this Bel Air feature superior performancing parts – this was not some high school shop class project car. The intake manifold is an aluminum-head Edelbrock performer, the carburator is an Edelbrock 600 CFM with an electric choke, and the cooling system features a Griffin aluminum cross-flow radiator.
Truly a work of art, this Bel Air had me from “Flowmaster custom dual exhaust.”
