Firemen Busted Using Fire Engine To Pick Up Women; Innuendo-Laden Sub-Header Replaced By Graphic Below

An article in today’s edition of the UK Daily Mail reported that a crew of firefighters in Newcastle were busted by a cab driver Saturday night for using the fire company’s fire truck to pick up women. According to the disgruntled cabbie, he had observed the behavior on several previous occasions, but on this one particular evening he had apparently had it up “tah he-uh”. After snapping a picture with his camera phone of a young blonde woman exiting the fire truck in the town square [high five, Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service], he anonymously reported the incident to the bureau fire chief. When questioned, Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service area manager Kevin Hepple confirmed that truck in the picture was indeed one of their crew engines, but until a complete investigation into the matter is conducted, he is “unable to confirm what has occurred in this instance or to comment further on it.”

We say: Isn’t the chick factor the reason why a third of those guys take the job in the first place? As long as their joyride didn’t cause any neglected citizens to burn like marshmallows, then don’t be such player haters, England.
