GM, Toyota Owners Most Loyal

Last week, R.L. Polk announced its 2007 Automotive Loyalty Awards. The honor goes to the brand that retained the most customers in 2006. GM saw a return rate of 61.4% against an average of 43.5% for all domestic brands. Toyota came in a close second with 57.7% loyalty against an average of 47.6% for all Asian brands. The vehicle that garnered the most loyalty turned out to be the Ford F-Series pickup, with 36.8% owner loyalty. Click below to see what other vehicles kept owners coming back.
